I currently work at Fortune Swimwear LLC. as an Assistant Technical Designer. My role includes: taking fit notes in every fit meeting, creating techpacks, technical flats with callouts in Adobe Illustrator, speccing samples, doing fit comments and corrections. I also work in the PLM system to set up styles, specs, add tech flat pages, and update status.
I worked as an Assistant Technical Designer for Lulus Fashion Lounge, LLC. My role includes, but is not limited to, speccing TOP and fit samples for my team, creating POM guides in Adobe Illustrator, and TOP approvals and rejections based on fit. I contributed to streamlining the TOP process.
DEE ELLE INC.
I worked as an Associate Fashion Designer and Assistant Technical Designer for Dee Elle Inc. My skills include, but are not limited to: fit corrections and assisting with techpacks using the company's PLM system, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. and In the company, I am the only one on the team who knows how to draw CADs and one of two who can draw and create pattern repeats in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I did an internship with K+K Clothing, LLC. in Vernon, California and Slauson, California from October 2022 to May 2023.
I attended fit meetings and took notes, practiced speccing on TOPs, and did computer aided design organized into corresponding linesheets.
I was the only employee who knew how to use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, which led to my main role being a CAD artist. I created front and back flat sketches and created pattern repeats in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Andolsek Internship
I interned for the Fashion Designer, Mr. Michael Ryan Andolsek at Andolsek, Limited Company in Salt Lake City, UT. There, I developed a professional portfolio, helped with a client order, and learned and reviewed several skills in Fashion Design. I drew concept sketches and fashion illustrations, made a mind map and mood board, draped patterns, and sewed a dress from my collection.
